Der U-Bahnhof Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz ist eine Station der Berliner U-Bahn-Linie 9 im Ortsteil Friedenau des Bezirks Tempelhof-Schöneberg. Die BVG führt den Bahnhof unter dem internen Kürzel Fw; der Bahnhof ist 640 Meter vom S- und U-Bahnhof Bundesplatz und 677 Meter vom U-Bahnhof Walther-Schreiber-Platz entfernt.
Der U-Bahnhof Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz ging am 29. Januar 1971 in Betrieb, er war Teil der neu eröffneten Strecke Spichernstraße–Walther-Schreiber-Platz der Linie 9 . Der Bahnhof liegt unterhalb des gleichnamigen Platzes, östlich der Fundamente der 1893 erbauten Kirche Zum Guten Hirten.
