Die römisch-katholische Kirche St. Georg im Berliner Ortsteil Pankow wurde im Jahr 1909 benediziert und im Jahr 1910 auf den Kirchenpatron des heiligen Georg geweiht. Das Gotteshaus gehört zum Erzbistum Berlin. Ab dem Jahr 2021 wird die St.-Georgsgemeinde mit weiteren katholischen Gemeinden und einigen Orten christlichen Lebens aus dem Nordosten Berlins zum Pastoralen Raum Heilige Theresa von Avila zusammengefasst.
Die Kirche St. Georg steht im Bezirk Pankow am Kissingenplatz auf einem gemeindeeigenen Grundstück. Daneben befindet sich auch das wenig später errichtete Pfarrhaus. Zur Bauzeit und noch bis zum Beginn der 1920er Jahre war das Kirchengebäude weitgehend alleinstehend, die östlich und nördlich anschließenden Wohnhäuser entstanden erst später. Die Bebauungsplanung des umgebenden Straßennetzes war ab 1905 bereits erfolgt, die Kissingenstraße ist aber im Adressbuch um 1905 noch als unbebaut ausgewiesen.
