Die Seehundstation Friedrichskoog ist eine gemäß dem Abkommen zur Erhaltung der Seehunde im Wattenmeer autorisierte Aufnahmestelle für verlassene oder erkrankt aufgefundene Robben in der schleswig-Holsteinischen Gemeinde Friedrichskoog. Sie besteht seit 1985.
Neben Informations- und Umweltbildungsarbeit sind die tierschutzgerechte Aufzucht von Seehunden und Kegelrobben sowie anwendungsorientierte, aktuelle Forschungsinitiativen zum Artenschutz die wesentlichen Aufgaben der Seehundstation. Sie ist die einzige zur Aufzucht von Heulern autorisierte Stelle an der schleswig-holsteinischen Nordseeküste. In der Station leben sowohl Heuler als auch „Dauergäste“.
