Die Gläserne Manufaktur in Dresden ist eine von drei Produktionsstätten der Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH. In Dresden wurde von 2002 bis 2016 der Phaeton produziert, anschließend von 2017 bis 2020 der e-Golf. Zugleich entwickelt sich die Manufaktur zum Center of Future Mobility. 2020 waren am Standort 400 Personen beschäftigt. Ab Januar 2021 wird die e-Golf Produktion durch den ID.3 abgelöst.
Die Gläserne Manufaktur befindet sich im Dresdner Stadtteil Seevorstadt-Ost/Großer Garten nahe der barocken Dresdner Innenstadt und bildet die Nordwestecke des Großen Gartens zum Straßburger Platz . Unmittelbar südöstlich davor liegt das Areal des Botanischen Gartens.
