Der Pfaffenstein, veraltet auch Jungfernstein, ist ein 434,6 m ü. NHN hoher Tafelberg im Elbsandsteingebirge in Sachsen. Er liegt links der Elbe bei Königstein und wird aufgrund seiner vielgestaltigen Struktur auch als „Sächsische Schweiz im Kleinen“ bezeichnet.
Der zerklüftete und von zahlreichen Höhlen durchzogene Berg weist Spuren stein- und bronzezeitlicher Besiedlung auf und diente wegen seiner schlechten Erreichbarkeit später häufig als Zufluchtsort in Krisenzeiten. Seit dem 19. Jahrhundert wird der Pfaffenstein für touristische Zwecke genutzt. Auf dem Berg befinden sich ein Gasthaus, ein Aussichtsturm, mehrere Aussichtspunkte und einige weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.
