Kollm liegt im östlichen Teil des Biosphärenreservates Oberlausitzer Heide- und Teichlandschaft, südwestlich der Stadt Niesky am Westufer des Stausees Quitzdorf.
Umliegende Orte sind Steinölsa im Nordwesten, Sproitz im Nordosten, und von südost nach südwest Diehsa, Thräna und Groß Radisch.
