Die Mittlere Aurach, zuweilen auch nur Aurach genannt, ist ein gut 39 km langer linker Nebenfluss der Regnitz in Mittelfranken.
Zur Unterscheidung von anderen Flüssen namens Aurach, insbesondere einer weiteren Aurach, die weiter abwärts ebenfalls von links in die Regnitz mündet sowie einer dritten Aurach, die von links in den Regnitz-Hauptoberlauf Rednitz mündet, wird der hier behandelte zweite Zufluss dieses Namens in den Gewässerhauptstrang der Regnitz meist als Mittlere Aurach bezeichnet.
