Der Eisbach, in der Region auch die Eis und am Unterlauf Altbach genannt, ist ein 38 km langer Bach in der nordöstlichen Pfalz und im Südosten von Rheinhessen . Er entspringt bei Ramsen im nördlichen Pfälzerwald und fließt nach Osten zum Rhein, in den er bei Worms als linker Nebenfluss mündet. Benachbarte Gewässer sind der Eckbach und die Pfrimm, die südlich bzw. nördlich des Eisbachs zum Rhein fließen.
