Das US-Depot Gießen war bis Mitte 2007 das zentrale Warenverteilzentrum der amerikanischen Streitkräfte in Europa. Es befand sich am östlichen Rand der mittelhessischen Stadt Gießen zwischen dem Gießener Ring und der Rödgener Straße und umfasste eine Fläche von 200 Hektar.
Das Depot wurde nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg auf dem Gelände des 1929 erbauten Verkehrsflughafen Gießen eingerichtet. Vom Flughafen sind heute nur noch wenige Spuren sichtbar, unter anderem das im Bauhausstil erbaute Empfangsgebäude, das lange Jahre der Militärpolizei gedient hat.
