Die Antrifttalsperre des Wasserverbandes Schwalm ist mit Vorsperre, Staudamm und Stauraum eine Stauanlage und zugleich Hochwasserrückhaltebecken an der Antrift nahe Alsfeld im mittelhessischen Vogelsbergkreis und gehört zum Einzugsgebiet der Fulda.
Als stets eingestauter Stausee dient er mit seinem Hochwasserschutzraum dem Hochwasserschutz der unterhalb davon gelegenen Ortschaften und er schützt in erster Linie die Antreff und Schwalm vor Hochwasser. Zudem wird er als Naherholungsgebiet genutzt. Der Südteil steht unter Naturschutz.
