Die Norddeutsche Hochschule für Rechtspflege ist eine staatliche Fachhochschule des Landes Niedersachsen mit Sitz in Hildesheim. Sie bildet Rechtspfleger für die Länder Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg und Bremen aus, Beamte des gehobenen Justizdienstes, welche die durch das Rechtspflegergesetz übertragenen Aufgaben wahrnehmen.
Vorgänger war die Niedersächsische Fachhochschule für Verwaltung und Rechtspflege , ebenfalls mit Sitz in Hildesheim, die von August 1979 bis zum 30. September 2007 bestand. Deren Fakultät für Rechtspflege wurde zum 30. September 2007 in die Norddeutsche Fachhochschule für Rechtspflege umgewandelt, welche seit einer Änderung des Niedersächsischen Hochschulgesetzes im Juni 2010 als Norddeutsche Hochschule für Rechtspflege bezeichnet wird, obwohl sie weiterhin eine Fachhochschule bleibt.
