Dunsum ist eine Gemeinde an der Westküste der Insel Föhr in Nordfriesland. Sie besteht aus den Ortsteilen Groß- und Klein-Dunsum.
Groß-Dunsum ist der größere der beiden Ortsteile. Er liegt nahe der Föhrer Westküste. Klein-Dunsum liegt etwa 600 Meter weiter östlich. Weiter östlich liegt Süderende, südlich Utersum.
