Die Fürstenberg Brauerei ist ein Unternehmen der Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe, bis 2004 war das Unternehmen im Besitz der deutschen Familie Fürstenberg. Die Brauerei braut Pils, Export, Weizenbier und andere Biersorten in Donaueschingen. Fürstenberg beliefert neben der Gastronomie auch Groß- und Einzelhändler vornehmlich im süddeutschen Raum.
Die Grafen zu Fürstenberg besaßen seit 1283 das Brauprivileg. Der Aufbau einer größeren Brauerei begann im 18. Jahrhundert, als Anton Egon Fürst zu Fürstenberg am heutigen Standort der Brauerei in Donaueschingen den Grundstein für eine größere Braustätte legte.
