Das Kloster Seligenthal ist eine 1232 gestiftete Abtei der Zisterzienserinnen und Grabstätte der Wittelsbacher in Landshut in Niederbayern in der Diözese Regensburg.
Das der Heiligen Jungfrau geweihte Kloster wurde 1232 durch Ludmilla, Witwe Ludwigs I. des Kelheimers, Herzog von Bayern und Stadtgründer Landshuts, gestiftet. Ludmilla lebte selbst im Kloster und wurde nach ihrem Tod 1240 in der Afra-Kapelle beigesetzt, später sollen ihre Gebeine in die Abteikirche übertragen worden sein. Heute erinnern dort noch zwei frühgotische Holzfiguren mit einer frühen Darstellung des bayerischen Rautenwappens an das Herrscherpaar. Das neu gegründete Kloster wurde 1236 der Abtei Kaisheim unterstellt, dabei wurde erstmals der Name Seligenthal verwendet.
