Die Bahnstrecke Winden–Karlsruhe ist eine Eisenbahnhauptstrecke in Baden-Württemberg und Rheinland-Pfalz, die in ihrer jetzigen Form seit 1938 besteht und zwischen Wörth und Karlsruhe elektrifiziert ist. Der heutige Abschnitt Winden–Wörth wurde 1864 eröffnet. Ein Jahr später folgte der Lückenschluss über den Rhein zur seit 1862 existierenden Maxaubahn. Letztere wurde im Zuge der Verlegung des Karlsruher Hauptbahnhofs innerhalb der Fächerstadt neu trassiert. Ebenfalls neue Streckenabschnitte entstanden zwischen Wörth und Mühlburg vor allem in Zusammenhang mit der Inbetriebnahme einer festen Rheinbrücke.
