Die Franken-Therme ist ein Thermalbad mit Badebereich, einem künstlich angelegten Salzsee, Sauna- und Wellness-Bereich in Bad Windsheim. Betreiber der Franken-Therme ist die Franken-Therme Bad Windsheim GmbH. Die Anlage wurde am 16. Dezember 2005 eröffnet. Die Baukosten beliefen sich auf 18,6 Millionen Euro. Zumindest 2010 wurde die Anlage erweitert.
Die Franken-Therme ist in vier Themenbereiche gegliedert: die Badehallen, der Salzsee, die Saunalandschaft und der Wellness-Bereich. Salzsee und Saunalandschaft sind aufpreispflichtig. Für den Wellness-Bereich bezahlt man keinen pauschalen Aufschlag – hier muss man die Anwendungen im Voraus buchen und separat bezahlen.
