Das Hinterhaus der alten Zinngießerei Thier in der Pfauengasse bestand in seiner Grundsubstanz schon im 17. Jahrhundert. Es ist eingeschossig aus Backsteinen errichtet und hat ein Satteldach. Dieses Gebäude ist das letzte Nebengebäude eines Bürgerhauses, das in Coesfeld vorhanden ist. Heute beherbergt das Haus ein kleines Museum für den Heimatdichter Natz Thier, der in dem Haupthaus an der Letter Straße groß wurde.
