Grubschütz, obersorbisch , ist ein Dorf im sächsischen Landkreis Bautzen. Es zählt zur Oberlausitz und gehört seit 1999 zur Gemeinde Doberschau-Gaußig. Der Ort zählt zum offiziellen sorbischen Siedlungsgebiet in Sachsen.
Grubschütz liegt etwa vier Kilometer südwestlich von Bautzen zwischen 200 und 215 Metern ü. NN. Die Umgebung ist hügelig; die Ortslage fällt in Richtung Südosten ins Tal der Spree ab. Der Fluss hat ober- und unterhalb des Ortes ein enges Tal ausgewaschen. Links und rechts der Spree erheben sich streckenweise Granitwände, die zum Klettern genutzt werden. Zwischen Grubschütz und Bautzen liegt das Naherholungsgebiet Humboldthain, ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für die Bautzener.
