Grubschütz, en sorabo superior, es una aldea en el distrito de Bautzen, Sajonia. Forma parte de la Alta Lusacia y pertenece desde 1999 al municipio de Doberschau-Gaußig. El lugar cuenta como parte del área de asentamiento sorabo oficial en Sajonia.
Grubschütz se encuentra a unos cuatro kilómetros al suroeste de Bautzen, entre 200 y 215 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El entorno es colinoso; la zona se desploma hacia el sureste en el valle del Spree. El río ha erosionado un valle estrecho tanto arriba como abajo del lugar. A la izquierda y a la derecha del Spree se levantan tramos de paredes de granito que se utilizan para escalar. Entre Grubschütz y Bautzen se encuentra el área recreativa de Humboldthain, un destino de excursiones popular para los habitantes de Bautzen.
