Auf ihrer Romreise 1654 besuchte Königin Christina von Schweden inkognito das Jesuitenkolleg in Münster – die heutige Universität Münster – mit der Jesuitenkirche, der Petrikirche. Das Stadtmuseum Münster besitzt ein Modell des Gebäudekomplexes aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Von diesem Komplex ist heute nur noch die Petrikirche erhalten.
