Die Cuxland - Rennradroute 1 beginnt im Ortsteil Duhnen in Cuxhaven. Die 92,1 km lange Strecke führt auf befestigten Wegen durch die Urlaubsregion Cuxland. Der erste Streckenabschnitt verläuft entlang der Weser, mit Blick auf Kutterhäfen und Leuchttürme. Weiter geht es durchs Binnenland in Richtung Wanna. Der dritte Abschnitt führt entlang der Elbe und zurück zum Abfahrts- und Zielort Cuxhaven.
