Die Wanderlinie 'Steinpilz' beginnt in Grafenau und führt zunächst durch die Ortschaften Grüb und Großarmschlag nach Reichenberg und ins Ortszentrum von Riedlhütte. Am Ortsrand beginnt der Nationalpark. Der Ölbach wird auf kurzen Bohlenwegen und Brücken überquert bis man schließlich die Nationalparkstraße erreicht und diese überquert. Danach setzt sich der Pfad fort, bis man auf einen Forstweg trifft. Im weiteren Verlauf wird die Neuhüttenwiese passiert bis man schließlich die Racheldiensthütte und die danebenliegende Schachtenbachklause erreicht.
