Sinarcas ist eine spanische Gemeinde und Stadt in der Provinz Valencia, in der Region Utiel-Requena, in der autonomen Gemeinschaft Valencia.
Die Iberer und später die Römer bezeichneten dieses Dorf als Arcas, wahrscheinlich weil es in der Nähe eines wichtigen Heiligtums lag. Mit der Besetzung der Morisken jedoch ändert sich der Name in Cenarcas. Jahrhunderte später, als Peter II. von Aragón diese Bevölkerung zurückerobert, wird derselbe Name allmählich ins Spanische übertragen und entwickelt sich schließlich zu dem heutigen Sinarcas.
