La Pobla de Claramunt ist eine Gemeinde in der Comarca Anoia in Katalonien, Spanien. Sie liegt am Rand des Òdena-Beckens am Eingang zur Schlucht von Capellades. Die Stadt wird von der Burg Claramunt dominiert, die auf einem Hügel etwa 150 m über der modernen Siedlung liegt: Die Burg war zusammen mit der Burg Castellbell einer der Hauptkontrollpunkte für den Zugang zum Llobregat-Tal und somit nach Barcelona. Zusammen mit dem benachbarten Capellades ist La Pobla de Claramunt ein wichtiges Zentrum für die Papierherstellung. Sie wird von einer Station an der FGC-Bahnlinie R6 von Barcelona und Martorell nach Igualada sowie von der C-244-Straße von Igualada nach Vilafranca del Penedès bedient.
