Sagás ist eine Gemeinde in der Comarca Bergadá, in der Provinz Barcelona, die östlich von Gironella im Tal von Marlés liegt. Sie umfasst das Gebiet La Guardia.
Die Hauptwirtschaftstätigkeit ist die Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht. Die vorherrschenden Anbaupflanzen sind Getreide und Futterpflanzen.
