Sabero ist eine Gemeinde und Stadt in der spanischen Provinz León, in der autonomen Gemeinschaft Kastilien und León. Die Bevölkerung beträgt 1108 Einwohner. Das Tal und das Dorf Sabero trugen nicht immer diesen Namen; früher wurde das Tal im Lateinischen Villa Sancti Petri genannt, nach dem Heiligen, der seit uralten Zeiten Patron der Pfarrei dieses schönen Ortes ist.
