Vilamaniscle ist eine spanische Gemeinde in der Region Alto Ampurdán in der Provinz Girona, Katalonien.
Die Gemeinde liegt im westlichen Teil des Gebirges Serra de la Baga d'en Ferran, einem Teil der Serra de la Albera, und ist größtenteils mit Kiefern- und Korkeichenwäldern bedeckt. Es werden Oliven und Weintrauben angebaut. Der Wein ist in der gesamten Region geschätzt. Aufgrund des zunehmenden Tourismus wurden neue Unterkunftsdienste eingerichtet.
