Alaior ist eine Gemeinde auf der spanischen Baleareninsel Menorca.
Am 1. Januar 2019 lebten 9065 Einwohner in der Gemeinde.
Alaior liegt 12 km nordwestlich der Inselhauptstadt Maó. Der höchste Punkt des Gemeindehauptorts, der im Innern der Insel liegt, wird von der Pfarrkirche Santa Eulalia eingenommen. Einzelne Orte der Gemeinde liegen an der Südküste.
