Das Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía ist ein Kunstmuseum, Pinakothek und Bibliothek, in Madrid gelegen. Das spanische Nationalmuseum Zentrum der Künste Königin Sofia wurde am 10. September 1992 durch die namensgebende spanische Königin Sofia gemeinsam mit König Juan Carlos I. eingeweiht.
Mit seiner Sammlung neuerer spanischer Kunst ersetzt es das frühere Museo Español de Arte Contemporáneo und ergänzt die berühmte Sammlung des Prado. Neben der Kunstausstellung gibt es eine Bibliothek mit ca. 40.000 Bänden, hauptsächlich zur Kunst des 20. Jahrhunderts.
Vor der Eröffnung als Nationalmuseum wurde es bereits seit 1986 als Ausstellungsort für zeitgenössische Kunst, speziell der Plastik, als Centro de Arte Reina Sofía genutzt.
