Der Ibaizabal ist ein Fluss in der spanischen Provinz Bizkaia, im Baskenland, mit einer Länge von 43 Kilometern.
Der Fluss entspringt in der Nähe von Elorrio, im äußersten Südosten von Bizkaia, und fließt in nordwestlicher Richtung zur Provinzhauptstadt Bilbao. Wichtige Orte entlang des Flusses sind Durango und Amorebieta. Kurz vor Bilbao vereinigt sich der Ibaizabal mit dem Nervión und mündet über den Hafen von Bilbao in den Golf von Bizkaia. Es besteht eine Diskussion darüber, welcher Fluss genau durch die Stadt fließt; die meisten Menschen gehen davon aus, dass es der Nervión ist, aber andere behaupten, dass es der Ibaizabal ist, da dieser mehr Wasser führt. Dieses Gebiet wird auch als Ría de Bilbao bezeichnet.
