Das Amphitheater von Carthagena war ein antikes römisches Amphitheater in Carthago Nova, der heutigen spanischen Stadt Cartagena.
Ein erstes Amphitheater wurde im 1. Jahrhundert v. Chr. während der Herrschaft von Kaiser Augustus erbaut. Das Amphitheater, von dem heute noch Überreste sichtbar sind, wurde wahrscheinlich um 70 n. Chr. während der Herrschaft von Vespasian gebaut. Das Gebäude bot Platz für etwa 11.000 Zuschauer und war damit eines der größten Amphitheater der Provinz Hispania.
