Die Kollegiatkirche San Pedro befindet sich in der katalanischen Gemeinde Ager, in der Comarca Noguera. Sie liegt innerhalb der Mauern der Burg, ganz in der Nähe des alten Palastes der Vizegrafen.
Im Jahr 1036 gab es an diesem Ort ein Benediktinerkloster. 1047, als die Rückeroberung der Gemeinde abgeschlossen war, installierte Arnal Mir de Tost in dem Kloster eine Reihe von Klerikern aus der Comarca Osona. Der eigene Arnal sorgte dafür, dass die Abtei ausgestattet wurde und dass sie die Exemption von der Bischofschaft von Urgell erhielt. Arnal de Tost bot Cluny die Gemeinschaft von San Pedro als Priorat an, obwohl diese Spende nicht vollzogen wurde.
