Der Monte Naranco ist ein Gebirgszug, an dessen südlicher Flanke sich die Stadt Oviedo befindet, sogar gibt es ein Viertel, das seinen Namen trägt, Ciudad Naranco. Er bildet einen Bogen von etwa 6 Kilometern, dessen nordwestliches Ende zur Pfarrei Villaperi und das westliche Ende nach Lloriana zeigt. Nördlich und östlich des Gebirges verläuft der Fluss Nora. Sein Relief ist wenig ausgeprägt, mit abgerundeten Gipfeln. Die höchste Erhebung befindet sich am Pico el Paisano mit 634 m, von wo aus man gute Ausblicke auf den zentralen Teil von Asturien hat, sogar an klaren Tagen sind die Picos de Europa zu sehen.
