Das Alte Hospiz von Oviedo ist ein historisches Kunstdenkmal, das sich an der Straße Gil de Jaz in dieser Stadt, in Asturien, Spanien, befindet. Seit 1972 beherbergt es das Hotel Reconquista und ist neben dem Teatro Campoamor eines der beiden Hauptsitze der Prinzessin-von-Asturien-Preise.
Im Jahr 1752 wurde auf Anordnung von Isidoro Gil de Jaz, dem Regenten der Audienz des Fürstentums Asturien, der Bau des Hospitals Hospiz von Oviedo begonnen. Dieser schlug der Krone ein "Hospiz und Krankenhaus für Waisen, Findelkinder und Obdachlose" vor, mit dem Ziel, Waisen und Invaliden aufzunehmen und ihnen eine Ausbildung zu bieten, die es ihnen ermöglicht, irgendeine Art von Arbeit zu verrichten.
