L'Antico Ospizio di Oviedo è un monumento storico artistico situato in via Gil de Jaz di quella città, in Asturias, Spagna. Dal 1972 ospita l'Hotel Reconquista ed è una delle due sedi principali dei Premi Principessa delle Asturie insieme al Teatro Campoamor.
Nel 1752 inizia la costruzione dell'Ospedale Ospizio di Oviedo per ordine di Isidoro Gil de Jaz, reggente dell'udienza del Principato delle Asturie. Questo propose alla Corona un "Ospizio e Ospedale per Orfani, Esposti e Abbandonati", con l'obbiettivo di accogliere orfani e invalidi e fornirgli un'istruzione che consentisse loro di sviluppare qualche tipo di lavoro.
