Det Gamle Hospice i Oviedo er et historisk kunstmonument beliggende på Gil de Jaz-gaden i denne by, i Asturien, Spanien. Siden 1972 har det huset Hotel Reconquista og er en af de to hovedsæder for Prinsesse af Asturien Priserne sammen med Campoamor Teatret.
I 1752 påbegyndes konstruktionen af Hospitalet Hospice i Oviedo på ordre af Isidoro Gil de Jaz, regent for asturiernes appelret. Han foreslog Kronen et "Hospice og Hospital for Forældreløse, Overladte og Forkastede", med det formål at tage sig af forældreløse og handicappede og give dem en uddannelse, så de kunne udvikle en form for arbejde.
