Die Insel La Pedrosa ist ein kleines Eiland in der Nähe der Küste des Montgrí-Massivs im Osten und schützt die Cala Pedrosa zwischen dem Cabo Castillo im Norden und dem Cabo de Oltrera im Süden; sie gehört zur Gemeinde Torroella de Montgrí im Bajo Ampurdán, Girona, Spanien. Es ist ein spitz zulaufender Felsen in Nordwest-Südost-Richtung mit einer Fläche von 461,08 m² und einer maximalen Höhe von 31,4 m ü. NN, die im Westen in Klippen endet, während die Ostseite mit einem relativ sanften Gefälle zum Meer hin abfällt.
