Die L7 ist eine U-Bahn-Linie der Metro Barcelona. Die Linie hat sieben Stationen, die alle im Tunnel liegen. Die Streckenlänge beträgt etwa vier Kilometer. Die Linie verläuft vom nordwestlich gelegenen Stadtbezirk Sarrià-Sant Gervasi bis in das Zentrum Barcelonas an der Plaça de Catalunya.
Eröffnet wurde die Strecke 1954. Eine Fahrt von Endpunkt zu Endpunkt dauert etwa neun Minuten. Sie wird wie die Linien 6, 8 und 12 von der Bahngesellschaft Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya betrieben.
