Iuliobriga war die Hauptstadt der Kanten von Tarraconense. Sie gehörte zum juristischen Konvent von Clunia, der sich im Süden von Reinosa befand und in der Nähe der Quellen des Ebro lag. Ihr Hafen wurde Portus Victoriae Uliobrigensium genannt, laut Plinius dem Älteren, und war wahrscheinlich Santoña. Auch Claudius Ptolemäus spricht davon.
