Die Altstadt von Ciutadella ist das historische Ensemble, das als Kulturerbe von Interesse im Gemeindegebiet von Ciudadela auf der Insel Menorca geschützt ist.
Dieses Ensemble befindet sich in dem, was bis zum 19. Jahrhundert die ummauerte Stadt war. Es wird von der Contramurada eingegrenzt, einem Fußweg, der die alte Bevölkerung flankiert. Die Altstadt besteht aus kleinen, arabischen und mittelalterlichen Straßen. Hier befinden sich die meisten Monumente der Stadt. Fast das gesamte Zentrum ist Fußgängerzone, weshalb es ein idealer Ort zum Schlendern und Einkaufen ist.
