Der Refugio Casa de Piedra oder Casa de Piedra liegt neben dem Thermalbad von Panticosa im Tena-Tal innerhalb der Gemeinde Panticosa, in der Region Alto Gállego, in der Provinz Huesca, Aragón, auf 1630 m Höhe.
Es handelt sich um ein ganzjährig bewirtschaftetes Bergrefugium mit 88 Plätzen in Zimmern, das 1985 eröffnet wurde. Es gehört der Stadt Zaragoza und wurde an den Aragonischen Bergsteigerverband übertragen. Von der Hütte Respomuso ist er in 5 Stunden über den Coll de Tebarrai erreichbar, sowie ebenfalls in 5 Stunden von der Hütte Wallon.[1]
