Das Sanatorium für Tuberkulosekranke in Sierra Espuña war eine gesundheitliche Einrichtung, die zwischen 1935 und 1962 Patienten mit Tuberkulose in Sierra Espuña unterstützte. Das Gebäude, das die Einrichtung beherbergte, gehört dem Regierungsrat der Region Murcia und befindet sich in der Ortschaft El Berro, im Gemeindegebiet von Alhama de Murcia. Der Zugang zu diesem ist aufgrund der hohen Absturzgefahr verboten.
