Alzuza ist eine Gemeinde in Navarra und ein Rat der Gemeinschaft Navarra, der der Gemeinde Valle de Egüés angehört. Ihre Bevölkerung betrug 2014 300 Einwohner.
Alzuza liegt auf einem Hügel zwischen den Schluchten von Andazclai und Aezueta. Seine Fläche beträgt, von der 0,89 ha waldfähig sind. Seine Bevölkerung verteilt sich auf das kleine Stadtzentrum des Dorfes und die Wohnanlagen Errikotxiki und Alzuza-2. Ein interessanter Punkt wäre das Oteiza-Museum, das sich in Alzuza befindet. Die Bevölkerung ist seit den 70er Jahren durch den Bau der ersten Wohnanlage im Jahr 1975 und die Ansiedlung der benediktinischen Nonnen in ihrem Kloster S.ª Mª Magdalena in Alzuza gewachsen.
