Alzuza is een plaats in Navarra en een raad van de Forale Gemeenschap van Navarra die behoort tot de gemeente Valle de Egüés. Het aantal inwoners in 2014 was 300.
Alzuza ligt op een hoogte tussen de ravijnen van Andazclai en Aezueta. Het oppervlak van het gebied is , waarvan 0,89 bosbouwgrond is. De bevolking is verdeeld over het kleine stedelijke centrum van het dorp en de woonwijk Errikotxiki en de woonwijk Alzuza-2. Een interessant punt is het Oteiza-museum, dat zich in Alzuza bevindt. De bevolking is sinds de jaren '70 gegroeid dankzij de bouw van de eerste woonwijk in 1975 en de vestiging van de Benedictijnse zusters in hun klooster van S.ª Mª Magdalena in Alzuza[1]
