Alzuza est une localité navarra et un conseil de la Communauté Forale de Navarre appartenant à la municipalité de la vallée d'Egüés. Sa population en 2014 était de 300 habitants.
Alzuza est située sur un haut situé entre les ravins d'Andazclai et d'Aezueta. Son territoire a une superficie de , dont 0,89 sont des forêts exploitées. Sa population se répartit dans le petit noyau urbain du village et dans l'urbanisation Errikotxiki et l'urbanisation Alzuza-2. De plus, un point d'intérêt serait le musée Oteiza, qui est situé à Alzuza. La population a augmenté à partir des années 70 grâce à la construction de la première urbanisation en 1975 et à l'établissement à Alzuza des religieuses bénédictines dans leur monastère de S.ª Mª Magdalena[1]
