Das Kloster der Unbeschuhten Söldnerinnen befindet sich in Plazuela de la Botica, zwischen der kleinen Basilika Santa Maria de l'Asunción und der Kirche Sant Pere.
Es ist das letzte verbliebene Kloster in Arcos. Es wurde 1642 durch eine Spende einer Direktorin von Arcos, Frau Beatriz de la Calle y Natera, gegründet. Die Kapelle beherbergt die wichtigsten barocken Altarbilder: eine Statue der Muttergottes der Barmherzigkeit und eine weitere des Schutzheiligen Josef.
Im Inneren befinden sich neben anderen Kunstwerken auch die Statue des Stadtpatrons St. Michael, ein Roldana zugeschriebenes Jesuskind und ein kunstvoller Bargueño.
