Der Col de la Forclaz oder Forclaz-de-Montmin ist ein alpiner Pass im französischen Departement Haute-Savoie auf einer Höhe von 1.147 m. Er ermöglicht den Übergang zwischen dem östlichen Ufer des Sees von Annecy, vom Dorf Talloires und dem Tal von Montmin, das nach Vesonne (Faverges) hinabführt, im Land von Faverges.
