Das Schloss Chenonceau ist ein Wasserschloss im französischen Ort Chenonceaux im Département Indre-et-Loire der Region Centre-Val de Loire. Sein Hauptgebäude steht – von Wasser umgeben – am nördlichen Ufer des Cher, während die später errichtete Galerie den Fluss überbrückt. Im Herzen der Touraine gelegen, etwa zwölf Kilometer südlich der Loire bei Amboise, gehört Chenonceau zu den Schlössern der Loire. Es ist auch das einzige, neben dem Schloss Montsoreau, das direkt in einem Flussbett gebaut wurde, das des Cher für Chenonceau und das der Loire für Montsoreau.
