Saint-Saviol ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 534 Einwohnern im Département Vienne in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Die Gemeinde gehört zum Arrondissement Montmorillon und zum Kanton Civray. Die Einwohner werden Saint-Saviolais genannt.Saint-Saviol liegt etwa 52 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Poitiers am Fluss Charente. Umgeben wird Saint-Saviol von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Pierre-d’Exideuil im Norden und Osten, Saint-Gaudent im Südosten, Saint-Macoux im Süden, Limalonges im Westen sowie Linazay im Nordwesten.
