Die Einwohner werden Sadébriens genannt.Sèvres-Anxaumont liegt etwa neun Kilometer östlich von Poitiers. Umgeben wird Sèvres-Anxaumont von den Nachbargemeinden Bignoux im Norden, Lavoux im Nordosten, Saint-Julien-l’Ars im Süden und Osten, Mignaloux-Beauvoir im Südwesten sowie Poitiers im Westen.
